Managing anger

Whenever we got angry,we felt like everything were against us.Anger causes a person to change emotionally,and would be seemed like he or she had became another person with a different character compared to before.If the anger continued and was further accumulated,it could definitely lead to many others negatives consequences.Therefore,managing anger is necessary and also important.

Anger could be easily identified such as tightened muscles,red face,shouting,throwing temper and clenching fists.If anger has been on a regular basis,it can even leads to hypertension, digestive problems, and other chronic illnesses.This is simply one reason that i would urge people to learn about anger management,while it is vital for our health as well.Emotionally,we,human beings,do feel disappointed,sad,dishearted or even explosive when we got angry.Many had vent their anger by using violence such as punching the people,scolding others,find faults on otthers and could even turn to killings of innocent.As we all know,these are all not the right ways to solve problem,but yet,when we got angry,we could not control out emotions and could probably did things that are so unbelievable.

However,there are also things that we could do before anything happened when we were angry.
It has a lot to do with self-control.With this value in you,i am sure you can mange your anger efectively.There are a few suggestion from me that we could do to control our anger,such as listening to the musics,taking a deep breath,go for exercise like jogging and could even talk to someone whom we could confide in and tell he or she about your feelings and thoughts.

As anger is inevitable in everyone's lives,what important is that we could manage our anger well and get over it fast when it comes.It is never easy to do so,but it is never impossible as well.There is no fix ways of solving the problems when you gets angry,as long at the end of the day,you mange to get over it and get on with life again.And i am sure you will agree with me that,living life happily would definitely be more preferref than living a life full of anger and hatred.

Self-awareness & self-esteem

Having high self-awareness and self-esteem were indeed important,especially when faced with difficulties and obstacles in life,where we might not be able to cope those stress well.
In order to gain self-awareness,first we have to get to know about ourselves,our values and how we perceive the world.Self-awareness is one essential component in forming strong,lasting relationships with others.i felt that it is really important,with self-awareness,i could easily face any difficulties and also about to react to certain unexpected situations effectively.
Moreover,i would be able to appreciate myself as well as able to present myself appropriately.
This could help a lot when making new friends.Also,i could be more sociable and communicate with others more effectively.There are a few ways to enhance self-awareness.One could be making reflections of daily life and observing my own behaviours.From there,i could probably change my bad habits and improve on them,this could make me a better person.
Also,being more open to others and getting their feedbacks,this could be another way of reflecting as well.Again,those comments and opinions could be good for self-improvement.

Regarding self-esteem,i think that it is really essential in everyone's lives.This is because,with high self-esteem,the person could never be defeated with any problems.And all problems could just be easily solved.This is simply because this person would have high confident in himself,and nothing seemed to be able to overcome him.With great confident,problems are easier to solve,and he would not be stress over such problems.some examples could be families problems,financial problems or even when being retrenched.These people are confident and would work their way through to solve them,as they always believe in themselves.
Indeed,self-esteem seemed really important to anyone of us.Having high self-esteem will allow use to take in control when there are situations.Moreover,we would be able to communicate better with others and this could lead to meaningful relationships,where a person social life would be much more fruitful.More importantly,we could easily adapt to any challenges and easily recover from any setbacks,as well as able to be independence in own thoughts and actions.

In conclusion,both self-awareness and self-esteem are indeed essential components in life.It would definitely help us a lot in our daily lives,be it the relationships with friends,family or even lecturers.Also,being more confident to face problems in life,and believing in ourselves that these problems could be solved easily.With self-awareness and self-esteem,our life could definitely be more meaningful that we could imagine.
